RHP ozone, best tacos and sushi ever?

I was down in the San Diego area yesterday, getting an RHP blood ozone treatment at the office of Dr. Louie Yu, a man who has earned a tremendous amount of respect with me over the past year. Dr. Yu has proven himself time and again as an outstanding physician by saving patients the rest of the medical community has given up on.

RHP is an outstanding protocol that completely oxygenates and filters a patient’s blood supply. It’s the closest thing to getting brand new blood. Yesterday, I actually clogged the filter because so much fat was removed from my blood. This is the first time I’ve ever clogged the filter, after about 10 treatments.

I haven’t had an RHP treatment since October and since then have invested many hours sweating in a sauna, completing the Purification Program. The Purification Program is an outstanding fat and lymphatic detoxification protocol that I highly recommend as well. I’ve also been supplementing with a fat soluble anti-oxidant called astaxanthin lately. Perhaps one of both of these things contributed to there being so much excess fat suspended in my blood yesterday.

Dr. Yu, like me, always gravitates towards the best of the best in whatever marketplace he is dealing, whether that be medicine or otherwise. Besides RHP, Dr. Yu has also introduced me to (what I believe to be) the best of the best tacos and sushi. Whenever I’m down visiting Dr. Yu, I always make a point of visiting one of Dr. Yu’s favorite spots, Tacos El Gordo, and ordering several “Tacos de Adobada”, which are made with flame cooked, marinated pork. These are without a doubt the best tacos I’ve ever tried.

The last few trips, Dr. Yu had been raving about a sushi place in between San Diego and LA that he claimed had the best sushi. I live in Vancouver, which is right on the ocean and has a hundred or more sushi restaurants. I love sushi and rarely eat sushi I don’t like so I was skeptical that the place Dr. Yu spoke of could be so good.

Last night Dr. Yu took me to Nozomi Japanese Fusion Restaurant in Carlsbad, California and the sushi truly was in a league of its own. We sat right in front of Executive Chef, Ken Lee, who started us off with a couple of pieces of sea urchin that was incredible. I wasn’t particularly hungry after overdosing on tacos earlier that day, but Ken insisted I try his Hula Roll. I did and will definitely be back for another. I also tried the salmon and yellow tail, which was absolutely amazing. Dr. Yu exceeded my expectations again. I can’t wait to do it all over again sometime soon.

Until next time…

Be well,
Craig
