Wow, what an exciting couple of weeks we had with the Winter Olympics up here in Vancouver. Fortunately, I was able to take in a few events including three great hockey games and the men’s aerial freestyle skiing finals. I also managed to get down to Legoland and Disneyland with my family during the first few days of the Olympics, taking advantage of the two week break from school. Overall, a 10/10 experience on all fronts.
Thank you to all of you who have picked up a copy of my new book, “Take Control of Your Health”. So far the response has been excellent. I’d love to get your input on the book, so please drop me an email providing your feedback and suggestions. If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, the book is now available with free shipping through amazon.com, amazon.ca and amazon.co.uk.
I recently completed an intense 25-day detox. I mentioned it in my book, it’s called the Hubbard Sauna Protocol (aka Purification Program) and outlined in details in the book “Clear Body Clear Mind”. This program is the best fat and lymphatic system detox I’m aware of.
It’s important to understand that toxins can be either water soluble or fat soluble. Fat soluble toxins can remain trapped in the body’s fat tissue for decades. If you’d like to rid your body of years of built of drug, pesticide and other fat soluble toxic residuals, then the Hubbard Sauna Program is definitely worth considering. This is the same program that I credited in my book for helping my father rid himself of Parkinson’s symptoms. It really is an amazing program.
Also on the health front, I’ve been doing some research on a few health products which I was previously unaware of, which are showing a lot of promise. One is called MMS and is known to Cure malaria and even AIDS according to the reports outlined in the book, “The Miracle Mineral Solution of the 21st Century”. Another product, which I’m currently testing right now is called astaxanthin, which is a powerful anti-oxidant. Unlike traditional antioxidants like vitamin-C, astaxanthin is fat soluble and can therefore hang around longer in the body. Astaxanthin is reported to have many systemic benefits, especially pain relief, anti-aging and decreasing recovery time from exercise. Astaxanthin is orange and is what creates the color in salmon flesh–the same incredible fish that are able to swim upstream for days without eating.
Both MMS and astaxanthin are very affordable and available through many places online. I encourage you to try whichever of these products interests you most and provide me with your feedback, to speed up and improve my research.
On the topic of happiness, I’ve recently been researching and testing a technology that absolutely blows away all of the other things I mentioned in my book for reducing stress and increasing one’s level of happiness. I’m in the process of writing a new section for the end of chapter 2 which will be titled, “The Heavy Artillery for Blasting Away Emotional Pain”. I am eagerly continuing this research and look forward to sharing it with you in this newsletter when I have the piece completed.
Lastly, one of the best ways to be happy is to live in abundance. While money may not buy happiness, not having enough money can certainly add a lot of stress to one’s life.
I will be sending an update this Friday through my wealth update list which provides a sobering outlook on the real estate market. Anyone who owns a home, rental property of any kind, or is considering buying would benefit from reading this update.
